The fourth edition of the Integrative Structural Biology (BSI) conference, organized jointly by the French Crystallography Association (AFC) and the French Biophysics Society (SFB), was held in Bordeaux from December 15 to 19. The aim of this international conference is to strengthen collaborations between the structural biology and biophysics communities.

More than 180 researchers, doctoral students, and postdoctoral fellows participated in the Bordeaux edition, which was organized locally by Brice Kauffmann (IECB-UAR3033), assisted by Birgit Habenstein and Antoine Loquet (IECB, CBMN, UMR5248). Participants had the privilege of visiting the Cité du Vin in Bordeaux, which had been reserved for the occasion. In addition to the very rich scientific program on offer, two conferences open to the general public were given by Sylvain Delzon (Director of Research, INRAE) on the adaptation of forests to climate change and Daniel Choquet (Director of Research, CNRS) on the structure of the synapse.

Young researchers were honored with presentations by Jody Pacalon (SFB 2025 Prize), Suliane Quilleré, Manon Mallet, and Nicolas Sola, winners of the Cancéropôle Prize, the Oral Presentation Prize, and the Poster Prize, respectively. Congratulations to them!

Finally, a big thank you to the young researchers and doctoral students from CBMN, MFP, and UAR3033 for their help in organizing the conference at the Agora (reception, logistics, information, etc.): a very dynamic and efficient team
