Mass spectrometry (MS)

In addition to conventional mass measurements (ESI-MS, accurate mass measurements, MS/MS), the IECB mass spectrometry platform specializes in native mass spectrometry of non-covalent complexes. Native mass spectrometry provides information on the stoichiometry, binding affinity, selectivity, binding mode and folding of non-covalent complexes for structural chemistry and biology. In particular, we have unique expertise in the mass spectrometry of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) and their non-covalent complexes.
