Administrative Support, Finances
The administration/management team reports to management on the operation of the unit:
- Budget
- Purchasing
- Research project management (assistance with project set-up, follow-up and justification)
- Permanent and non-permanent staff.
- Field missions
- Hosting trainees, guests, etc.
- Event organization (symposium, SAB, etc.)
- Institute communication activities
- Organization of the annual recruitment campaign for new team leaders.
The unit administrator is responsible for the administrative management of the laboratory, and for supervising and coordinating the administrative team.
