4pm
A seminar titled "Roles and Regulation of Protein S-acylation in Health and Diseases" will take place
on March 6th at 4 pm at IECB.
It will feature three distinguished guest speakers who will talk about the fascinating world of protein S-acylation (a post-translational modification that regulates membrane and peripheral membrane proteins), exploring its implications in both cellular biology and disease contexts.
The seminar will cover a range of topics, including chemical biology and cell biology.
Laurence Abrami , EPFL, Lausanne
Detoxification of lipid peroxidation by S-acylated GPX4
Ed Tate, Imperial College, London
Opening a new window on S-acylation with chemical biology
Agnes Rötig , Institut Imagine, Paris
