Laundry service and autoclaves
Information and access instructions :
- The laundry service includes washing/drying glassware according to the schedule displayed on site.
- The equipment is self-service outside the posted slots. They must be reserved for each use.
- The usage protocols are displayed on the washers.
- Washing of white coats is carried out regularly. A yellow basket for dirty coats is available at the laundry room on the 1st floor. Please identify your white coats with your name.
- Two autoclaves are available in the laundries on the 1st and 2nd floor for common media and materials. A specific autoclave is available for L2 cell culture rooms (materials, media and inactivation of liquid and solid waste).
- The use of autoclaves requires obtaining an "accreditation for the conduct of autoclaves" issued by an approved organization following a two-day training. These training courses are organized by the University, INSERM or CNRS.
- Authorizations are archived on the platform and the list of authorized personnel is displayed in the laundries.
- After obtaining the accreditation, we train you in the use of IECB autoclaves.
- Online reservation of autoclaves is mandatory for each use.
