Registration Guidelines
Registration is handled by the "Scientific Meetings" Division of the CNRS.
Registration is a 3-step process, a bit awkward, yet mandatory in the current version of this program.
STEP 1 - Pre-Registration (takes 3 min)
- Open this link,
- Fill and submit the Pre-Registration form.
STEP 2 - Confirmation of your Pre-Registration
An e-mail acknowledging your Pre-Registration will be sent to you after your registration has been approved. In case of oversubscription, preregistrations will be subjected to a selection process and might not all be accepted.
STEP 3 - Registration (takes 6 min)
- Open the web site indicated in the e-mail you received
- Fill up all the questions.
IMPORTANT:
YOU MUST GO TO THE END OF THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE, INCLUDING THE PAYMENT STEP. IF YOU STOP BEFORE THE END, ALL ENTERED INFORMATION WILL BE LOST. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU MUST STOP THE PROCEDURE BEFORE COMPLETION, SEND A MAIL TO: foldamer@iecb.u-bordeaux.fr IN ORDER TO RE-ACCESS THE QUESTIONNAIRE.

This fee includes access to the premises, welcome mixer on January 30, coffee breaks and lunches on January 31, February 1 and 2 and the banquet on February 2. Diners on other nights are not organized for regular participants. |

This fee includes all the above, plus diners on January 30 and 31 and February 1, as well as a one week pass for public transportation.
